Terms and Conditions

Pick&Eat is the trading name of Peak&Eat, a sole proprietorship registered in Egypt.

Pick&Eat is a university food-ordering platform connecting students with restaurants available inside their university. Pick&Eat operates the platform, order flow, support tools, and payment/refund status records. Participating restaurants remain responsible for food preparation, food safety, item availability, menu accuracy, and handover of accepted orders.

When using Pick&Eat as a student, you agree to:

• Use accurate account and contact information.
• Select your university and use a valid university email associated with that university.
• Review items, extras, prices, service fee, restaurant, and pickup details before submitting an order.
• Place orders only when you intend to collect them.
• Collect accepted orders according to the order status and pickup instructions shown in the app.

Pick&Eat uses your selected university and university email to keep students, restaurants, and university access isolated. Verification codes may be sent to the email address or phone number used for registration, login verification, or password recovery.

Students cannot cancel an order after submitting it. The app should clearly notify the student before final submission that submitted orders cannot be cancelled by the student. Restaurants may accept or reject an incoming order, and may cancel an accepted order where the existing system allows it. Rejection or cancellation reasons are shown according to existing app behavior.

Restaurants remain responsible for food preparation, food safety, item availability, menu accuracy, and handover of accepted orders.

Reports and escalations must not be abused, spammed, or submitted falsely. Pick&Eat may restrict accounts that misuse the platform, including false orders, false reports, or repeated violations of these terms.

If you believe your account has been restricted in error, please contact Pick&Eat support.

Online card payments and void/refund handling for rejected, cancelled, or timed-out paid orders are described in the Payment and Billing Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy. A browser success screen alone is not final payment confirmation.
