Pick&Eat processes only the categories of information needed to create accounts, verify access, process orders, support users, prevent misuse, and operate the platform.

• Name, university email, selected university, phone number, account role, and account verification information.
• Order information, including items, extras, prices, service fee, order status, payment status, and refund status.
• Reports, restaurant responses, escalations, and support communications.
• Technical and security information needed for login, notifications, reliability, and fraud prevention.
• Language preference and necessary local storage or cookies.

Pick&Eat uses information to run the platform, communicate order updates, support students and restaurants, handle reports and escalations, and maintain payment/refund status records where applicable.

Pick&Eat uses the selected university and the student?s university email to verify eligibility and ensure the student can access only the restaurants and services available within that university.

Order information is used to send orders to restaurants, track order status and history, handle payment and refund status, support reports and escalations, and prevent fraud or duplicate transactions.

Restaurants see only information needed to handle their own orders, such as order contents, order number, pickup notes, and related complaint information when needed.

Authorized university representatives see only information related to their university according to existing permissions.

Pick&Eat Operations may access platform data where needed for support, operations, refunds, reports, and security.

Authorized card-processing parties may receive only the transaction information needed to process card payments and reversals.

Sensitive card details are handled through secure card-processing channels and are not intended to be stored directly by Pick&Eat.

Pick&Eat does not sell personal information.

Pick&Eat uses reasonable security measures for a university ordering service. Do not send passwords, card secrets, or highly sensitive information through support messages.

Account, order, payment-status, refund-status, report, escalation, and support records may be retained as needed for operations, legal obligations, accounting, dispute handling, security, and fraud prevention.
